Nutritional therapy aims to discover the cause of your health problem, and does not just treat the symptoms.
A full family and health history will be taken to explore how genetic, environmental and lifestyle influences have contributed to your current state of health.
Dietary changes aim to restore proper function by providing the nutrients you as an individual need to maintain health. A consultation will also help to dispel the myths and confusion around food, and explain why and how a modern diet & lifestyle can contribute to chronic disease.
I have a BSc(Hons)in nutritional therapy and am also a qualified NLP practitioner.
