Running alongside the One Health Physiotherapy clinic which was established 19 years ago and supported by local Orthopaedic surgeons the Pilates Studio provides reformer and matwork class for individuals or groups of up to 4 people.

A team of experienced qualified Pilates instructors teach people of all physical abilities and all ages. Pilates trained physiotherapists also available to provide Clinical Pilates for rehabilitation following musculoskeletal disorders or surgery.
