Justina O’Leary is one of the UK’s most experienced HypnoBirthing teachers (she is also a HypnoBirthing mum twice over). Consequently she teaches from personal experience. HypnoBirthing is a complete childbirth education programme. It prepares women to give birth in the safest, most natural way possible.

Justina is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Fertile Body Method Therapist, Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Birth Doula.

Babytastic offers antenatal classes to expectant first time parents. We offer a different approach to the more traditional NCT style classes. Whilst covering labour and birth with a midwife, the main focus of our courses is how to survive the first few weeks with a newborn baby. Topics therefore include bathing, calming, feeding, sleeping and out and about.
