About us:
Deborah Steer (the founder of Mojo Management) is a REPs Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Life/Business Coach and Learning & Development Professional. She takes a Client-centred approach to her business at all times and is passionate about the quality of her Clients’ health and morale. She remains confident she can help her community grow and thrive, one Client at a time.
Based in Berkshire, her Clients include people from all walks of life who have committed to making a positive difference to both their physical fitness, their interpersonal relationships and their own and their company development in general.
With an eclectic mix of exercise disciplines and full knowledge and use of the Full Fitness Pyramid, beginning at the bottom with flexibility and range of movement, up through endurance, hypertrophy (if appropriate), strength, power and speed, you will never overtrain or plateau in the flexible and progressive workout programmes she will design especially for your individual needs.
Her previous career, setting up and managing a Learning & Development Department in a leading construction company has helped to hone her coaching and motivational skills and style over the last decade. Deborah has her own Coach and a Mentor and finds both invaluable.
Come to Deborah’s Circuit Classes at Hills Indoor Cycling, an hour’s full body workout to include flexibility, mobility, resistance and cardiovascular work.
