About us:

I provide Maidenhead osteopathic treatment for people of all ages, from new born babies and pregnant mothers to the elderly.

Treatments are tailored on an individual Maidenhead patient basis, varying the techniques used as appropriate to the patient’s age, health and presenting condition.

The treatment approach I use with babies and young children is mostly Cranial Osteopathy which is gentle, safe and effective and can be applied to any part of the body.

Further to the 4 year BSc in Osteopathic Medicine I also hold a 2 year post-graduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy.

Treatments are very individual, using a variety of techniques including gentle cranial treatment. Joint manipulation (‘cracking’) is optional, and advice given for exercises / stretching.
