Residential and Commercial Designs
We can provide architectural designs to suit your needs and aspirations. We are happy to meet with you discuss your requirements and provide a free no obligation quotation.
Site Supervision
We can carry out site visits to ensure that all work on site complies with the Building Regulations and in addition can ensure quality of work on site, satisfactory progress and compliance with associated legislation.
Project Management
We can manage your construction project and oversee both the procurement and execution of the project on site.
Planning and Building Control Submissions
An integral part of our service is to submit both the Planning and Building Regulation application for determination by the Local Authority. Planning appeals can also be produced and submitted to the Communities and Local Government for detrmination.
Design and Access Statements
We can provide estimates for the production of Design and Access Statements to accompany the Planning application submission if required. We can also provide disability access statements to demonstrate compliance with Approved document M 2004 of the Building Regulations if required by relevant Building Control organisation.
Paper / C.A.D. Conversions
We can provide quotations for transferring any designs in hard copy format into a current digital format.
Plotting / Printing
All necessary plotting and printing is included in our free no obligation quotation
