My name is vivienne and I offer counselling and Ecotherapeutic Life Coaching in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

Counselling is a talking therapy and can help with many different problems such as Bereavment, Depression, Anxiety or Relationship difficulties.

Ecotherapeutic Life Coaching is a dynamic therapy that can assist you to move through a period of positive change.
