About us:
We help small businesses to develop procedures to minimise the risk of complaints and also to address any complaints that do arise, defending where possible and minimising any compensation cost if that is not possible.
Our investigators are all experienced in dealing with the Financial Ombudsman Service and are particularly able to assist independent mortgagage, insurance and financial advisers as well as insurers, banks and holders of consumer credit licences.
We look to provide cost effective solutions and plug gaps in your own resources, including developing those resources rather than taking over if that is best for you.
