About us:

Dyanamix is a privately owned, newly formed Bracknell business, which supports and maintains Avaya Index/Definity/Multivantage/IP Office systems for all aspects of clients. As well as offer repairs and sales of handsets and other equipment. With well over 10 Years experience in the field, and various managed project moves and upgrades, Dyanamix has been formed to offer that much more needed customer friendly approach, without all the big sell factor.

Here at Dyanamix Bracknell we believe that the key to success is to provide an exceptional level of service at all times, whilst having great communication and client relations. Not only are we offering to look after your system and provide maintenance, but we feel we will be more aproachable with our ‘No matter what time policy’ for all of your out of hours work and other jobs, that just cannot be done within normal business hours, but will endure a cost.

We also offer ‘Free’ regular system health checks and backups to ensure down time is at a minimum, if an eventual disaster occurs.

Dyanamix employees have also been very successful by offering a complete system audit, which covers mostly administration and programming that most companies forget about, and therefore end up paying for more resourses when not needed.
