Our HPC registered dietitian, Rachel Redman, has over 7 years experience in medical nutrition and dietetics, having worked in a number of NHS organisations, including the Royal Brompton, Royal Marsden and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals in London, and the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. As a Nutritional Services Manager in a large pharmaceutical company, she has also gained some invaluable experience in working within the private sector.
Dietitians are uniquely qualified to translate scientific evidence into practical dietary recommendations for people seeking to optimise their health and wellbeing, and for patients who require more specific dietary advice relating to a medical condition e.g. diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances etc.
