Lifeline Alarm and keyholder services
About us:
Forestcare is Bracknell Council’s emergency control centre. We rent Lifeline alarms and related sensors to over 2,000 individuals in Bracknell and the surrounding areas. This equipment means that people are able to remain in their own homes and can feel safe knowing that help is available if they need it. The alarm is connected to your phone line and a nearby electrical socket.
A Lifeline alarm can help you if you are unwell, prone to falls or simply because you live on your own. You can simply push the button on the pendant (that you wear around your home and in the garden) and get help immediately if you fall, feel unwell or in some other emergency.
There are a range of sensors which work with the Lifeline alarm and will alert the Control Centre in the event of a fire, flood, gas leak, intruder or other emergency. When you push the button you are connected to our 24 hour local Control centre and we can contact your next of kin, a neighbour or the emergency services as required.
If you live in the Bracknell area we can also provide a mobile response and key holder service. We will install a key safe to help if you are not very mobile – as you can give trusted friends/ family or a carer access without needing to get to the door. In an emergency the Police, Ambulance or Fire Service will be able to get in quickly without damaging the door.
If you would like a free no obligation demonstration or to find out more about our products, services and prices, please contact us. Forestcare is accredited by the Telecare Services Association.
