Hurst Goju-Ryu Karate Club

Hurst, Berkshire ~ Martial Arts
We are an independent voluntary run martial arts club and have been established since 1990.

About us:

We have a good variety of students of both age and gender, at our Goju Ryu Karate Club we are dedicated in developing the martial arts in the true spirit to which they were conceived.

We see our style as a living art and not fixed by the bounds of competition or political gain. The aim of our club is to promote Goju Ryu as a positive activity for all age by looking at individuals as individuals and developing their skills based on age, physique and ability.

We always encourage the student to train hard but always within their limitations.

    Hi Melisia,

    The Kids club runs:
    Mondays 6pm to 7.30pm
    Wednesdays 6pm to 7.30pm

Adults Club is from 14 upwards.
    Mondays 7.30 to 9.00pm
    Wednesdays 7.30 to 9.00pm

The classes are pay as you go; for children its £3.00 and adults it is £4.00

You can bring your son along for a free trial lesson, see how he enjoys it. I highly recommend taking up a martial art at such a young age as it gives you so much confidence. And if you would like to also come for a free trial adult lesson that would be fine also.

Look forward to hearing from you, and I would like to apologise for the delay in someone replying to you, I didnt realise we had been placed on this website!

Any other questions please feel free to contact me.
