I’ve been to the cafe for lunch a few times – I can’t speak for the ‘farm’ part.
Certainly the rest of it is free to enter – it’s more of a little shopping centre, than a tourist attraction. Cafe is nice though…

I fully agree with S Stephenson…Why are there no prices?
Surely if it free to visit that would be a massive selling point and therefore be well promoted.
Likewise, if it is very expensive, we should be told beforehand because not everyone has creditcards and limitless funds!
